I am now sitting down to listen to Jungleland for the first time in my life. Let's see what all this hype is about.

Hehe, I did appreciate the dry humor, don't you worry.
I have a statement on the song prepared for tomorrow. I'm going to bed now, good night.
Out with the old tunes and in with the new. Here are 12 of the most-anticipated albums of 2012 -- and 75 more that could be on the way. But before you mark the calendar, remember: Everything is subject to change -- especially the titles of most of the year's big releases.

The Boss returns with his 17th studio album -- the followup to 2009's ambitious but uneven Working on a Dream. How he'll handle the loss of late, great sax colossus Clarence Clemons remains to be seen -- Nils Lofgren was tight-lipped when I talked to him recently -- but one thing is certain: Any year with a new Springsteen CD beats a year without one.

turning once again to the Gaslight fans for a little advice
i'm going to see Bruce for the first time in Prague later this year. this is also my first big concert, since until now i've only been to shows in smaller venues. so my question is: what's the difference between the 'Standing' tickets and the 'Standing front of Stage' tickets? (besides the price) what would you guys get if money wasn't an issue?

'Standing in front of stage' got to be ticket to the pit I imagine. That's an reserved area right in front of the stage where only 3000 people or so are let in. Normally you can't buy 'pit tics' to Bruce-shows but there seem to be the odd exception that confirms the rule, Switzerland and Prague (obviosuly) be the exception this time around.
The pit is deffinetly the best place to be in at a Bruce-show, so if money isn't a issue like you said, get the best standing-tickets.
I've been in the pit for five or six Bruce shows and it's all alot of fun, you get so close to the band, but as you normally can't buy tickets for the pit I've always had to wait in line, and come the end of the evening, I've been exhausted. But if you can buy tickets to the pit, I suppose you can arrive five minutes before the show start, and just walk in there, I'd deffinetly do that.
Btw, what's the price-diffrence between a 'front of stage' and 'regular stadning' ticket?

that's really helpful, thanks!
but the thing is, i'm going with my parents and i know they would rather be somewhere where they can enjoy the show without getting pushed around all the time. does that area usually have too many people going crazy or can it be more calm?
and there's a difference of around 20 euros.

The few times I've been in the pit at a Bruce-show hasn't been to bad. Surely everyone rush forward when Bruce comes out on the ramp, but other than that, it's fine. In Bergen in 2009 my aunt and uncle, somewhere close to 60 were right beind me in the pit and enjoyed it alot. That being said, I've only experienced the pit in Norway. I heard there were some pushing in Barcelona in 2008 when I had a seat, but that's probably the complete oposite of a norwegian crowd so to speak.
I don't know your parents, LOL, or how the crowd will be in a country where Springsteen hasn't playd a stadium-gig before, but I guess you will be fine with a front-of-stage ticket.
Maybe someone else here can chip in with their pit-experiences from Bruce-shows too?

Not sure if this helps and I apologise if its been posted here before, but I found this via google the other day:
It's how they have organised the queues for the 'pit' in previous years. Never heard of an artist being so organised before!
