What are some of your favorite TGA lyrics?

Mine:

Absolutely love:
"Saw your summer dress hanging on the back of the lawn" Conjures up images of simpler times of yore.

"Come July, we'll ride the Ferris Wheel and go round and round and round"

Great choices from both of you.

Not really brilliant lyrics it's just how's it's sung I love. Probably my favourite line out of all the songs.

And that puts probably my two favourite artists into 20 seconds of perfection!

i have a lot of favorites but recently i've loved -

but she just smiles by the light on the navesink banks

And the officers will smile as your gypsy eyes persuade the trial. As the prosecution rests just because it began to cramp your style. And the jury, found hung in the room. Heavy with the trail of your perfume, and a wink in your eyes that says, "boy, I will be comming for you soon..."

Love Film Noir, lyrics sum up those self-destructive feeling that you have after someone really special leaves, its sad but this song captures it so perfectly

Completely agree with that, such a great lyric.

Oh yeah I love TQOLC lyrics but my favorites have to be

For some reason 'the gravity hangs on all the selling points you have' really sticks out to me from the new album,
and I've always loved 'it's all right man, I'm only bleeding man, stay hungry, stay free and do the best you can'.
