Were you reading it in English or Swedish? The English version is terrible enough; I can only imagine the translations are even worse.

I've never read it but fun fact: 50 Shades Of Grey started out as Twilight fan fiction. So...not surprised it isn't a stellar piece of literature.

That being said, they were absolute garbage and I would never recommend anyone to do the same as their brain might explode from trying to understand why this is so popular, and if there is actually meant to be a plot line.

why are more and more celebrities doing a plastic surgery? -.- firstly Renee Zellweger, now Uma Thurman... it is almost impossible to recognize them

I suddenly decided I want to make a denim patch jacket (starting with a hand-me-down jacket and a patch of the local Thrash band I went to see yesterday, who're pretty awesome) so I was wondering, do any of you know if TGA has large patches?

If they do, I might go with that for the central back patch. If not, I'll have to start considering what other bands I like enough to put as central patch that actually have patches that size xD

I dont know if Gaslight has large patches..but you should maybe take a look at the merchandise shop or maybe on ebay or so

Checked the online merch stores, no luck there. Ebay might be the way to go, and if not, I'll a have to pick another band ^^

First time I read something that was actually published (not to mention successful)  and go 'Hmm, maybe my writing isn't all that horrible just yet.'

And temperatures here are mild. It's been hovering around freezing point for a week or two I think but it's been going up a bit again. Probably another winter without any proper snow this year.

Pittsburgh's currently sitting at 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Brrr. (The coldest it got last year was like -9)

-6 with 6 inches of snow expected south of Pittsburgh.

I heard Mulholland Drive at Hot Topic tonight!! I was looking at this cheap little skeleton cameo necklace and thinking, "Oh this is sort of Gaslight Anthem-y" and then Mulholland Drive kicked on and I took it as a sign that I should buy it, so I did.

Oh man, I fucking LOVE Minneapolis.

I recognize so many of those places in the pictures too. Minnehaha falls, Mall of America, First Avenue, random street pics. Such a nice place, I haven't been there in four years and I really miss it.

That's awesome. I love it so much. It's hard to say what my favorite part of town is, but I really like Lyndale/Uptown. Everything in Minneapolis is just beautiful and the people are so great. I love it more and more every time I go and when I'm there it just feels like home.
