I've lost 8 pounds in the last month or so and I'm eating 1800 calories a day and working out (usually running 2miles and lifting weights, or playing tennis)

I kind of want to diet, but I also just bought a slow cooker, soooooooooooooooooooooooooo it's been pulled pork and pulled chicken fajitas every night.

Busted Up is a great song, sounds like Exile era Stones.. Written by Slim, and the other 3 are just covers, with track 2 not having Paul in it at all (Solo Chris tune). This isn't really a 'mats release, but we may see one in the future. Sounds more like Solo Paul stuff more than anything.
