i usually wear a couple rings, and i've been surprised when on occasion, someone asks if a ring that happens to be on that finger is an engagement ring, when it looks nothing like an engagement ring

I chucked the dieting out the window (or at least the calorie counting) and upped my time at the gym about a month ago. Also changed to just using the elliptical. I didn't lose any actual weight, but I did lose an inch off my waist But I get a stiff neck all the time TWSS

i'm good at advising others to be confident, i'm not so good at doing so myself! so i understand. but it's better to just go for what you want. even if i doesn't work out, you'll feel better just having done it. right? at least that's what i think #StephPepTalk
