forum complaints & constructive criticisms

Want to complain about the forum? Don't like the font? Annoyed that your post got edited or that a whole thread got deleted? Think the Admins are a bunch of wannabe dictators?

Here is the thread to air your complaints and to make constructive criticism (and we might even reply).

I don't think it's very fair you're the only one who gets to have Fetts instead of stars. I think you should spread the Fetts around.

Perhaps a code of conduct sticky that addresses behavior aside from sexist/racist/extreme comments. Like not using the board as a personal therapist ad nauseum (I used to read a board that banned that behavior) or spamming with band links or something like that.


Although I'm sure Steph or I will violate the terms within a matter of days.

we have had no real problems with racist etc. comments, so aside from once asking people to be polite, I'm not sure we need a code of conduct yet

as for using the board as a therapist, if we kicked out all the nutters, who'd be left? seriously though, I think people appreciate threads like the 'romance issues' one, so the therapist angle is quite good (within limits)

and kicking you and steph out for rule violations would be a shame, not least as steph is my oldest online friend

Dear Steady,

I have become a recent subject of abuse. Labhras seems to have battered me a few times with frying pans (which he learned from Steph)... and recently Plugga is getting on my back because I forgot Ryan Gosling's name. Yeah, I know...

So, anyway...this is more of a request than a complaint, but can I get a personal DSS bodyguard to help protect me?
