Yeah I agree with Brian on The Replacements. They have a few really good songs. I only have six of their tracks on my iPod so I could never say they were a great band. I really dont. It makes me sour like the thing what makes him. Because I go opposite way about The Replacements. I love 90% of them. Maybe even 99%. Everything. Anthems, rock songs, humor songs, ballads, loudness, sadness, drunkness, inyourfaceness, comeonandfuckinghatemeyoustpidloserness...because Im a loser too, so why fight ha? Or maybe we have to fight, but whos the winner after all? Tommy Hates Music...yep . Sometimes you hate music! And your father! But maybe thats why you go hiding in your basement or join in the Guns n Roses. Maybe he is right.
But he still is the greatest guy on the planet . He really is...after me and myself of course. I really don't agree with Brian also....I mean for someone to say that there would be no TGA without the Replacements and cover their songs on a regular basis (for a time) and then to say that hey they actually only have few good songs is a huge turn around. as for Jawbreaker...I know Benny and Alex Levine have stated multiple times how big of a influence Jawbreaker is for them. |

| It's possibly Brian's changed his mind re: the Replacements. It sounds like they had a few songs that made an impact on him but as a whole he's not a huge fan. Like, I think Adele is wonderful and love the two singles I know, but when I listened to the rest of the CD I wasn't that excited by it. But the two songs I love, I LOVE (Someone Like You/Rolling...) and think they are unique and fantastic. | |

| It's funny that Brian commented on the replacements song "unsatisfied". I always thought that would be a great song for the horrible crowes to cover. It would fit perfectly with the theme of elsie. | |

| Maybe he meant The Replacements helped to change the landscape of the US music scene...so enabling the way for bands, like TGA, to follow...

Hey Steve70s, Do you have the .cue sheet you're using to split the file? I'm making a 320 kbps version, and it would save me a lot of bother! Thanks! | |

Here's a version at 320kbps for those who are interested. I've also kept the interludes at the start of each song within the song itself... Live At The Press Room.zip (101.86 MB) http://www65.zippyshare.com/v/50283568/file.htmlI also made some album art to go with it:
