I was just using microsoft word to create a mock template to see how much it would cost.  By no means perfect, still need to get the Gaslight font size right but if there are others who want one as well it might make sense to order together since the cost goes down with the more you order.  If you want me to finish the replica let me know and i'll send you the file so you can order your own.

Use customink.com to make your shirt..

You should be able to make the back on their website. Click the add text button and do the 45 first. It looks like they put a space between the 4 and the 5. I'm not sure which font they used but play around with it until you find one you like. Just add the white outline to it and you should be good.

Same for the Handwritten, just be sure to change the text to have the curve in it.
