In all honesty, buying fancy clothes is a step that requires courage in some way. I used to mainly wear the stuff that my mom bought me until I was like 18, not because I didn't give a shit but because I was afraid to actually go out and buy things that I liked. I had some sort of taste even then (I'm still not really Mr. Fancy Pants) but for some reason I didn't have the balls to actually dress accordingly, maybe because I just didn't think I was cool enough to sport such clothes. I was an awkward, nerdy, acne-covered teenager.

Ok too much info sorry.

A plaid shirt isn't even fancy though. Neither is a standard button up.

And the colors are so fantastic! I love that shade of blue. It's really striking but it doesn't stand out too much.

I know right, the colors are amazing. Blue and yellow. JUST LIKE SWEDEN!!

Blue and yellow look so good together! The only thing that is slightly negative about that combo for me is that those were my high school colors. I wish they had been ugly colors instead, like puce and chartreuse or something equally hideous, haha!

I wish Sweden had the same kind of high school pride. We don't even have any kind of school color or anything like that. People don't really give a fuck that they're part of this or that school, which is cool in a way, but still. The American high school culture is cool in some aspects!

Believe me, no one cares about school pride/colors here as much as you think. Its just the media that makes you think its big here. At my school, people only liked pep ralleys causes it ment getting out of class.

Haha, those would have been perfect! Terrible colors for a terrible school. I'm writing a book very loosely based on my high school, so I think I might use those disgusting colors!

Only in the movies, John! My high school was so stupid, as were most of the people in it, and I had no school spirit whatsoever. It was like a four year long prison term.

I wish! I will be spending my summer working 50-55 hour weeks. It will be a brutal few months. Tons of work, sweltering heat and humidity, fighting children, and no vacations at all. Sounds fun, huh?

Yes! You can give them lessons on Sweden and I can take a much needed break!

I may complain a lot about the hours and stuff, especially in the summer, but I know I have a great job overall. And the girls and I have a ton of fun when school is out, and we stay pretty busy so the work days go by really quickly, even if they are over ten hours long. It's a nice place to be.
