Not a huge international football fan, therefore really don't give much thought or passion into wanting England to win the thing.

Am damn looking forward to the likes of Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Argentina, Spain etc. playing sexy football.

To be fair, more people this year round seem to think England don't have much chance. Of course you'll get the few million who come out of the woodwork every 2/4 years and decide they're the most passionate England fan ever.

I would say I can't see past Spain but they seem to obvious, Argentina under Maradona will be a huge fail I think. Brazil have also taken a rather odd swuad with them.

i think Argentina will be a big disappointment! Dirty, boring football, not as we are used to see the lads. And as long as not Italy or France wins i dont really care. Think im crossing my fingers for England, im a big Chelsea fan so Terry and the boys need my support Wink

I always buy a shirt (not the official stuff though) and I'm really pleased with the one I got this year, as it's a bit different:

Not only are we taking that utter joke of a player Heskey but now he decides to injure our best centre back at training and take him out of the world cup.

Except Ledley is better than Rio and played more than him this season. World Cup Icon_lol

Tottenham going to win England the world cup...group qualifiers before going out in the last 16. Personally want Netherlands/Argentina/Spain to win it.

Ledley and Rio are both quality but there are also issues with his knee as well tendinitis or something?

It just makes me dislike Heskey even more.

Ledleys knee is bone on bone, there's no cartelidge (sp?), so too much work on it and it swells up. He can't train for us like, ever, because it swells up after any major exercise. I worry for him at the world cup, I'm sure he can cope for longer term who knows.
