| Sooo, who's following it? [question specifically aimed to my American friends, for obvious reasons!] I've been to Brasil myself for the past two weeks, and that was an awesome experience, with a great feeling of bonding between almost all the nationalities. | |

| I am following it but as an England fan its been disappointing as usual, but expected. Its been interesting so far with quite a lot of underdogs doing well. I am just making up reasons to support other teams, my name is Holland and Van Gaal is the new Man Utd manager so I will support them. | |

| Too bad for England, the game against Italy was the best in the tournament for me, never would have thought that both teams would go out immediately... | |

| Love the world cup and football in general but, sadly, being English has let me down (like usual) at this tournament. It is good to see that a lot more Americans are taking an interest though. | |

| I really do not care about it when Sweden doesn't play, but it's interesting to see how well the US is doing.
I kind of want them to win in a way, but I'd hate for them to do so because Americans would brag about how "WE BEAT YOU EURO FAGS AT YOUR OWN SPORT" for centuries to come. | |

| This was the longest, most nailbiting, most exciting, but also best game I have ever seen by my national team. So proud of Belgium today! | |
