To those who were there, how did you find out about it and how did you get in?

I knew there was a private event going on at the press room last night, but didn't know anything about what it was. I was working last night and a friend told me that there was a secret gaslight show or something going on. I immediately left work and headed to Asbury. He found out it was going to be Fallon acoustic and he will take the stage around 11ish.
He actually ended up going on around 1045. I missed the first couple of songs, but made it inside for the last 4 or 5. To get into the private event, you had to have name on the list. My friend was standing outside and security finally let him in and he said Brian was sort of doing a Q&A. That ended and he began to play. Not sure how many videos of this will surface. I kept looking around and NO ONE was taking pictures or filming. Hopefully we will see something!

Fallon playing the acoustic was NOT part of the private event. When it was over (Around 1030ish maybe?) they began to let people inside and Fallon played about 8 songs or so for the public.

I posted a longer comment but I guess it did not take. Anyway, I was there and it was a great time. It was presented by Red Bull music. The private part was a live interview and Q and A with Brian. After that he played a bunch of acoustic songs. I spoke to one of the cameramen and according to him the interview will be posted on the Red Bull music website later this week. It was a great crowd, it seemed like a Court Tavern reunion (the legendary place closed down in January) based on the crowd.
