| New instore announced for Hamburg!
1.11.2014 at 1pm Michelle Records (close to the railway station)
Since these acoustic shows seem to be Gaslight shows, rather then Brian side projects shows, I added all the dates in the first post of this thread.

| Yay, definitely gonna be there! I didn't receive an email, do you think 45RPM members are guaranteed admittance first like in Berlin? I was at Michelle Records before for Two Gallants and it was pretty crowded.. Guess you have to be there very early then? | |

| Only the Ramones Museum show was announced through the 45rpm club so far, the others popped up at various other sites. There was no official announcement from the band yet.
Berlin: https://www.facebook.com/events/766616993384219/?ref=23 Hamburg: http://www.plattenladenwoche.de/terminkalender-2/
Keep your eyes open and your fingers crossed for further acoustic shows. And if you hear of one please do post about it here.

| Boom! Got my tickets for Manchester on the 18th! Can't wait. Is anyone on here heading over from Leeds on that night, or is anyone generally from here going to be there. Looking like I'm going on my own due to mates' work commitments and such, so it'd be cool to chat to anyone from the forum. Are there any indications of what the setlist has been on dates so far? | |

| As Alex L is currently not in Europe but taking care of a family emergency, Ian is replacing him on bass and Brad joins onstage playing the guitar. | |

Yes. Find out about the amazing Brad Clifford here : http://www.premierguitar.com/articles/21588-rig-rundown-the-gaslight-anthem Brad previously played in many bands. First that comes to mind is Poison The Well. Also, he was the guitar tech for against me! on their last tour. #dothebradclifford

| These were two such wonderful acoustic shows, incredibly relaxed and with awesome setlists. Both Brian and Alex stayed after the gigs to take photos and sign stuff.
Let me see if I can remember the songs they played at these 2 gigs - definitely not in the right order though:
Ramones Museum: (1000 Years, Stay Vicious for the Rolling Stone before the actual gig) Misery, Mae, Helter Skeleton, Patient Ferris Wheel, Elvis, Break Your Heart, Wooderson
Dodo Beach Record Store: Sweet Morphine, Meet Me By The River's Edge, Halloween, Blue Jeans, Red Violins, Here's Looking At You, Kid, Selected Poems.
Whoever was there please correct me.

| Wow, Berlin was beyond awesome! 2 hours, no encore and 28 songs. I'm too tired and at the same time too high on endorphins to write a review but maybe somebody else can do that in the meantime ...

| I see they did an acoustic version of Great Expectations twice now. How was that? Just Brian solo? | |

No, it was a full band version, electric but slowed down. Just wow!

| Ha! I remember that Brad-guy from some the gigs that I went if not all. I think he have always soundchecked at least Brians guitar or something. One time at this Finnish festival Brian pointed at him and randomly (or maybe there was some story behind it, dont remember)started shouting "You! Brad! Like they say in Japan. Number one! You! Number one!" and then he made the whole crowd chant "Bradbradbrad" etc. Ooor something along those lines ... Offtopic, but that show got some great/random banter. Something about if Christopher Walkin had a tail and Brian made hilarious Steven Tyler "impression" when somebody throwed a scarf in a middle of song. Probably Old Haunts solo if I remember correctly. And they played a little snippet of Eye of the Tiger, because somebody had a boxing gloves on the audience .. |
