The Gaslight Anthem have announced a single tour date in Clifton Park NY on June 19 2014. A sign of things to come perhaps?

Anyone else thinking a UK tour could be about to be announced?

I would think a continued US tour would be likely this summer over a UK one, unless these are purely festival warmup gigs. Just looking at the routing I'm pretty positive that they would be playing Rockfest in Quebec that Friday in between Upstate and Vermont, but I could be wrong.

Regardless, this is all very exciting. I'd be shocked if they didn't debut at least one new song at these gigs.

When an EU/UK 2014 tour/dates are announced anyone can feel to create a topic and an admin will sticky it in the future.

Im debating making the 3 hour drive to upstate NY for the show    Got a lot of thinking to do between now and Friday.

Yeah, man! More so the debate for me now is doing it all in one night or getting a hotel. I'd prob be flying solo on this one - So hotel would make sense.... I want to see what ticket prices look like before making anything definite. I'll catch up with you there if we both end up going!

I got Vermont. It's a Saturday and it's been way too long since September when I last saw them. Something to look forward to in this seemingly never ending winter.

Yep got NY. First real TGA related show I've ever "traveled" for. Debated doing it all in one night but I think a hotel room will make the whole thing less stressful.

Hoping to go to the VT show.

I just received an email from Ticketfly that the 6/21 show is rescheduled to 6/22 due to a conflict. Didn't say if it was the band or the venue that rescheduled.
This is the second time this has happened to me in a year and each time to a less convenient date. Would rather they wait to announce shows until they have everything figured out. Oh well.

I have to say I'm pretty jealous of these US dates. I wonder if they will play any new songs already ...

Actually, I have no problem waiting till the end of the year for a Europe tour - it's not a bad thing that they stay away from the festivals for one year. They've been every year at a Belgian festival since, I think, 2009, and while I loved it every time, I can imagine that people have a deja-vu feeling when they're booked yet again. And the longer the pause, the bigger the suspense for the day I'll get to see them once again. So, take your time boys, I'm it'll be worth it

Maybe they are coming in fall to Europe
