Speeking of job. Maybe I'm just dreaming but my fav' concert venue is looking for a new programmer for 2014. This is my dreamjob and I have everything they asked exept experience (and that means a lot most of the time). But I'm gonna apply for that job anyway. I know there's not a lot of chance but I gotta try.
never hurts to try! *says the unwise person * good luck!

I have a part time job, and I think I finally found something to do for a career: going into the medical field eventually. something like pharmacy work.

Well, for the first time in my life I am taking the friends first route. Her dad is a pastor so I guess she is pretty divine. I shoulda been able to read her when I first met her. She is one of those girls who really likes to know someone a lot before they make a decision. I don't mind waiting though and seeing where this goes. It seems more genuine.

Hey y'all. Just here to see how everything's been going recently. Bit of a downer to see all this hub-bub over drunk Brian and cutting off El Jefe.
How's everyone otherwise?

LOL that pretty much sums up what you've missed, Matt!
What do you guys think of the merch they're selling this weekend? I feel like the logo looks like a sports logo I've seen but I don't know where.

petsitting. i work for a lady who owns the company. technically i'm an independent contractor, not an employee.
i'm just sick of driving all over town & having to have open availability & working holidays for shitty, shitty pay.
i need a real job

that's cool, Jimmy. my stepmom's a pharmacist. can't say much else about it (hah), seems kinda boring to me, but she makes a good living doing it. and it seems like a reliable job.

It is in a huge growing area (39,000 openings over the next 10 years), and it is actually the first thing that has ever spoken to me realistically. Well besides working for the railroad, and I could NEVER work for the railroad. Very difficult job, stressful, and on call 24/7.

surprised to hear you say no to working for a railroad! but those are legit reasons!
sounds like being a pharmacist would be good for you. that's great if you've found something that's a viable career option for you.

I know people who work for two different railroads, and say the same thing. It's a good job, but a stressful job, and not much of a social life.
