You shouldn't apply for unemployment if you haven't even applied anywhere. You posted last week that you were STARTING your job search on Monday. It's now Tuesday. That's one day. Just my two cents.

Unemployment isn't something anyone earns from working, you're thinking of a pension.

In a weird way you're earning it by working because you can't get Unemployment unless you've earned a certain amount of money (depending on your state).

Part of all my paychecks went into my unemployment fund. The company did as well.

But I don't know if I want to throw money at it, since apparently Victory has done everything in their power to screw them over from releasing it themselves...

Haha, I've already downloaded it. Last time November when they came to Nashville they had shit for merch. I'm hoping they'll have a larger stock come July.

Pretty sure merch - album sales differences are usually true, depending on how the album was released. RISC was supposed to be distributing a large chunk on their own, which I'm guessing would be equal to normal merch sales. Was looking forward to running out and grabbing a hard copy tomorrow at a local shop though, 'til I get to hear that all copies are from Victory.



Also I guess Victory threw a lawsuit at Toh Kay to stop him from releasing both the live EP and the solo version of Hand That Thieves? Glad to see that label is still horrible.
