that's what i don't get; how could these people maintain a relationship for so long, yet never get so sick of the excuses that maybe they just move on? figure they're being lied to?

i guess they're either desperate, and they just believe what they want to believe.

although one episode i saw, the guy had stalled having any meaningful contact with the girl for a couple years, & it turned out most of his problem was his obesity & the way he felt about his body.

guess you never know.

I had a situation once where there were almost-meetings, and I guess after awhile you don't even realize how much time has gone by. My scenario was stupid because he met other people I know, he just had an issue with me. I'm told he was intimidated, which is ridiculous because he talked to me more than any of those people he did meet up with (at shows).

That obese guy was the Matt/Kim episode I mentioned. That's probably pretty close to the situation I had. Though like I said, I saw him go meet other people (saw the photos) and it was all so stupid.

It really is a case of believing what you want to believe instead of just admitting it's all a waste of time. I totally made excuses until I realized I was better off just cutting him out.

How was everyone's day? I have been fighting a slight headache myself.

Not a bad day jimmy, I had a headache too so spent half the morning medicated and groggy, but then the postman delivered books and coffee that I had ordered so all is good.

I ordered some Model railroad stuff for the Train club I belong to. I am in the process of building a Junk yard model

What is a junk yard model?

A model of a junk yard with rail service. You know, where cars are scrapped, metal is recycled etc?

So.... The Goo Goo Dolls have a new record coming out... I used to love them, then they wrote a couple not great albums.... Last night they played a live webcast at the Troubadour and played a couple new songs.... I think the next record is actually going to be really good

Thanks for explaining Mike My mum was going to bet on Chicago Grey good job she didn't now! I just had a feeling as soon as I saw the name Auroras Encore yesterday so I went for it. My dad backed it as well so it turned out pretty good in the end!
