I doubt those things are linked. On the other hand, going to bed on a full stomach is a terrible idea because you'll have a really restless sleep.

I have gone to bed with a little something (a couple saltines or something), and had the best night of sleep. I go to bed without anything, I get nightmares, and truly horrible nightmares at that,
