It makes me think the same thing. I mean, it obviously shows that they have no respect for your wishes at all, and are just thinking of themselves and what you can do for them. NOT COOL.

So what do you do when that happens? Do you politely remind them that you can't talk to them anymore for whatever reason, ignore them completely, or tell them to STFU and take out a restraining order? Okay, that last part may be overreacting just a tad...

Best option is to ignore, hopefully they get the message.

I think ignoring allows for them to make up excuses to themselves for your behavior and almost drags the whole process out. Sometimes being direct can help. Like saying "Are you a moron? Did I not say I don't want to talk to you anymore? Will I have to deal with you bothering me for the rest of my life now?" However most of the time it does NOT help because some people view any attention as good attention, even if you're telling them to fuck off. It's like it's not even about you as a person, but what you represent to them. Weird, right?

So I guess ignoring is the best way because it's your attention these idiots are after. Just have to wait them out I guess. *sigh*
