Haha It was freaking epic! OMG. They played Here Comes My Man, and I have a hard time admitting this, but I was practically in tears. lol It was sooooo amazing. These guys... the potential... wow!

And, my foot seems to be doing better Shannon. Little by little. I ended up standing for most of the concert, which probably wasn't the best. But, my foot seemed to be okay the next day. I didn't get to meet them, unfortunately. But, my friend wasn't feeling great after the show, so I casually obliged. haha Still, awesome show and they played all my favorites. (Except for 1930, but I'm lucky enough to have seen 'em play it once...so that's okay too). haha

Wow, Konrad, that sounds like an amazing night! I'm sorry you didn't get to meet the guys though.

You shouldn't have a hard time admitting that Here Comes My Man almost made you cry! Brian has that effect on people. If I told you how many times I have cried to TGA/THC, you would think I'm even more of a drama queen than I am! And that song...I think I feel that song more than any of them besides Bring It On. He really did a great job writing from a girl's point of view. WOW!

Haha Okay... it's just I try to be all tough, and guy like. Ya know? But, just seeing them playing it live and how cool the song is was pretty inspiring. Okay...I'll not try to give you a hard time about the drama queen thing. haha

It was funny tho cause he talked about the song after they played it, and how they're labeled as "the working man's band." He said someone gave him a hard time about writing a song from a girls perspective, but talked about how it doesn't matter and everything. That was pretty cool.

Oh, and yeah...I'll just keep dreaming about meeting them. Someday, someday...

Anyway, gonna go mail a 45 off for Gordon. I'll probably be back later tho.

This. and I give you a lot of credit for standing that long with your foot being in bad shape. I didn't know they played Here Comes My Man, that's awesome! It really is so great live. And like Shannon said, don't worry about admitting that it almost made you cry. It's an incredible song!

That's so cool that Brian talked about HCMM and the feedback they have gotten on it. I think it just shows his range as a songwriter and how it's much broader than people realized. He's amazing.

EDIT : Managed to get one over on the car insurance folk, from phoning about for 15 minutes, I managed to save £100.
Also managed thanks to one awesome person here, to get the Dave Hause - Time Will Tell Splatter 7" !
...and all been well, the Gaslight Park Ave vinyl.

i wasted two hours of my ife on tumblr looking for a picture and I didn't find it.
