Oh yeah! Just got the tickets to the 17th one (I was worried they wouldnt come in time) and Im coming from Finland with my girlfriend, because they decided not to come any norther country, but thats a good exuse to travel. And I couldnt think of better than London because I really like the city and would guess (and judging by the videos) the English audience go more crazier than the Finnish audiences. And there just isnt a better warmup than Hause. See ya there!

Probably a long shot, but does anyone know anyone selling a standing ticket for the Monday 15th show? My girlfriend has now decided she wants to go!

Hi I just looked on Ticketweb and sure I could follow a link to buy a standing ticket for tomorrow...didn't follow it the whole way through as was just curious if it had sold out, I'm already going. Might be worth giving them a try or even a call if full onlinel?

Hi, I'm absolutely gutted but I don't feel well, so I have 2 tickets for sale for tonight. Face value + the booking fee I paid so £25 each. I want them to go to an actual Gaslight fan and not a tout so thought I would offer them on here.
Obviously as it's short notice we would have to meet, but I'm in work in Central London, if anyone is interested let me know.
Thanks

At last, it's the 15th!! Does anyone know whether small digital cameras are allowed at Brixton? I've not been before, and don't want to get my camera confiscated!!

So, feedback? (I wasn't there.)
Brian thanked people on Twitter for waiting in the rain, and I heard the crowd was good but rough.
Here are two vids I found:

Unfortunately I was very ill, so I couldn't enjoy it as much as I would have liked but it was still a very good gig.
Dave Hause was great, Blood Red Shoes not so. As far as Gaslight, was odd with Ian Perkins in all songs (wasn't expecting it) but they still put out a good show. Interesting that from the albums, they played Handwritten > 59S > SoS > AS (in terms of amount). Not complaining as it still gets me when I hear the into to The 59 Sound. Will never stop feeling the hairs on the back of my neck raise at that...

Found a really nice reviw: http://www.sabotagetimes.com/music/the-gaslight-anthem-live-enchanted-by-the-most-important-band-of-my-generation/
"A Gaslight Anthem gig is a communal experience – a collective cry for times gone by. For an age when rock music still meant something. When it still twanged away at our innermost longings."

Bit of an odd one, i thought.
I thought the decision to open with Mae was an interesting one. I wasn't delighted when they played Backseats at the end of the main set (i.e. before they went off, then back on for the encore). It's my favourite track, so would have preferred it at the end of the encore (but i understand they've got to switch it up every now and again). And i thought National Anthem was a dodgy choice of closer. Sure, it's the last track on the album, but i prefer gigs to end with something a little more upbeat. I'd have liked to see them play Biloxi Parish too, but hey ho, saw it at the Koko.
On the other hand, i was delighted to see them play The Patient Ferris Wheel. Never seen it live before. And the "interesting" decision to open up with Mae came off, i thought. And putting the reservations i mentioned above aside, a TGA gig is always special to me.
This setlist on last.fm looks about right to me, for whoever's interested.

I thought it was really good! I agree that ending with National Anthem was a bit annoying especially considering I was in the disabled bit by the bar so there were loads of drunk idiots talking at absolutely every opportunity. Same happened with Mae and all of Dave Hause.
The sound quality was terrible though. I understood Brian's first 'speech' about glass in his bed and a tiny bit of the Billy Joe thing but other than that I had basically no clue what he said... It sounded slurred.
Can anyone find/does anyone have a video of Dave Hause playing 100k/Coma Girl/Constructive Summer/Jane?
In the review Steady Now, Steady Now, posted... "a teenage girl sporting a “I fancy the lead singer” t-shirt"! I was noticed!

It was a good show, nice place too. However the sound was a bit "off", even though I was leaning against the soundboard section!
I've posted a couple of videos:

Can also add that I was thrilled to also hear "Howl" and "Boomboxes". Great songs

Make no mistake about it last night was pure class.
The stand out song for me 'Handwritten' ... Jaw dropping ...
The tightest I've seen them ,..
Ps best crowd also Pps kudos to the 2 Asian ladies and gent rocking out to Backseats...

Thought the band were very tight musically and on top of their game, but thought the crowd were a bit flat - in comparison ot TGA crowds. Only seemed to get really involved with Backseats and the encores and as the Sabotage review says, TGA gigs really communal affairs. Unfortunately the sound went to shite on the encores - can't believe nobody commented on this yet. Not in a 'lost a bit in the mix' sense, but a 'this is seriously out of whack' sense.
Loads of tickets available, so if you haven't got one for Wednesday then come along as it shouldn't be a problem. Touts seemed to have loads left over - I had 2 spares but would never sell to a tout and literally couldn't give them away.
Hoping that the sound issues on the encore were down to first Euro date, but amazed that they weren't sorted. Fully expect that Wednesday will be more hardcore fans - not being snobby as glad the band are getting a deserved, growing audience - but may mean a better audience response, which the band always feed off.

I hate when the sound is terrible. It's funny how some shows it's great and others it's a disaster. But did he say what happened about the glass? I saw the tweet about it so I'm curious.

It sucks for the people in the front row!! I couldn't hear anything Brian was saying and the sound from my videos sucks. I wish they would turn up the mic!

Oh I know. I heard him pretty well last time because the front row was like 15 feet away, but the two times before that at least 5 of us in the front were like "what?!"

we were on the barrier out to the left and sound was good , better than in the past ( a bigger sound ) up untill the encore then it seemed to go a bit tits up, Alex"s guitar seemed out of tune to me, thought it sounded dreadfull on National Anthem.....or maybe my ears were fried by then , we were in front of the speaker stack. Ready for part 2 now.

As ever had a great time but didn't think the sound wasn't right throughout and what happened during National Anthem God only knows. I too thought that the crowd was flat - certainly compared to any of the other TGA London gigs that I've been to, but especially KOKO when everything - performance/sound/crowd - was amazing. Can't go tonight because I'm working but I hope you have a blast. Looking forward to Brum on Saturday.

I thought it was the worst Gaslight show I've seen. Still great and better than most other bands, but I'll echo the comments above re the crowd being a bit flat. It didn't have the same magic that Koko had - obviously part of that was down to Koko being a one-off but I thought there were a couple of lulls in the setlist (Too Much Blood and National Anthem).
I don't want to become one of those fans who just says "play the old stuff!" but who honestly wouldn't have preferred hearing Here's Looking at You in place of National Anthem? Maybe just Brian, but his is the only opinion that really matters at the end of the day.
I wondered whether Monday was what they considered a "safe" set list and maybe they'll mix it up a bit tomorrow.
Honestly, I still enjoyed myself and had a good time. But they've set the bar so high after some of the previous shows (notably, the last two in Manchester and the previous two in London) that they were probably never going to top that at an opening night show.
