you didn't even have to take math your senior year? that's crazy. i'm not sure when i took geometry/arithmetics/etc. our school called them Math Topics 1, 2, 3, etc., until you get to Pre Calc.

You see we needed 23 credits to graduate- 4 english credits, 3 math credits, three social studies classes, three years of science, 4 years of gym class with a .25 credit, and a few other things. My senior year was, Accounting, barbershoppers,Psych, gym/study hall, Lunch, current events, Advanced American history, Concert choir, and one or two more classes.

| See, all that complicates my head..haha. We didn't get a whole lot of choice outside of how detailed our Science class was (double or triple class) we had to do English, English Lit., a language, Maths, History or Geography and then 2 classes of our choice. | |

Doesn't look like it now..but I did... i only took what was required! even 1st hour P.E. was goddawful, when it's like 95 degrees out and you start your day off sweating your ass off running around a track. then you feel gross the whole rest of the school day. i should have done what a lot of girls did and taken a dance class or something!

haha. i dunno how it worked out, but i had a half day for senior year, as did most of the senior class. Barbershoppers was the mens choir. It was the only choice for guys in freshman year-but was open to 9-12. It was the old 4 part harmony style of singing. For girls it was Chorale. Concert choir was 10-12, and had to be approved by the music teacher whether you were good enough to get into the group. My senior year was pretty good at it. I mean we took third in a countrywide singing contest in New York City in the Riverside church for the Barbershoppers group, and the Concert choir won second or first.

| i was looking at Benny's blog and realized the quote at the top of his blog is quite applicable to *someone* here:
"Men who are unhappy, like men who sleep badly, are always proud of the fact." - Bertrand Russell

| But yeah, I did a whole bunch of social science and music classes my senior year. I would have done school band, but They already had a guitarist who was way beyond needing a backup guitarist. | |
