Granted, I'm new. But. I think you've read it, maybe thought about it, maybe even got to the point of maybe putting it into pratice.

Then you realise, you wouldn't get the same attention from folks here if you had a happy day, this place is a safety blanket to you, you know that no matter what, good or bad, people are going to acknowledge you, and that's all you want, again...good or bad.

You need to realise, that it's shit, and it will be shit until you start manning up a bit, no matter how hard that is.

I must admit, he's seems much more attractive while he's singing a good song! I always end up thinking guys in bands are way more attractive than they truly are. Like Elliott Smith for example:

I guess it is true, performing in front of people truly shows who a person is, without any of the restraints of what society wants of a person. The real you is shown if you are a musician. I have been told in the real world (and here) I am two different people....the confident, happy, funny(In a corny way), and enjoyable me, and then the one you know from here.
