i don't know much about it. i know how complicated it can get, but i only got to far through the program.

I started writing about my shows for Examiner in '09 and found out I could obtain photo passes since I was officially a member of the media. The pass approvals come from various sources: the record label, a publicist, the band's manager, etc. Every band is different it seems! Depends on who they decide is handling that particular tour. Usually on press releases it will tell you who to ask for such things, but other times I have to hunt the information down. I can usually find that info on CD covers or sometimes the band offers that info on their site. Then there are times where I can't find any info at all and I just have to let it go

i have to say, i think it's less about counting calories (which would drive any sane person CRAZY) and more about just choosing healthier options in general!
