I used to compare online to real life all the time because it is funny. Like when I'd chat, and the person would have to go and sign off before I could say goodbye. It's like if you were sitting chatting with someone for hours, then they abruptly stood up, walked out and shut the lights off in the room with you still sitting there.

what kind of filter is that? it makes everything look gritty...it look like film instead of digital in a way.

It's not a moneymaking thing though I hope it will be some day. As I told you I'm seriously just in the learning stages. I meant to ask you last night- do you know of a definitive source for legal stuff? Like what photos I can sell and can't? It's a big fat annoying web of complexity with celebrity images but from my understanding there's even rules about photographing trademarked buildings or something? I just want a reference book that I can consult.

It's a Canon Powershot S95 and it's a filter called "Nostalgic." It's kinda instagram-y but I like it.
