i'm gonna make myself sound like a total ass here, but i didn't realize until i was about 20 that you could actually drive to Alaska. someone told me they drove to Alaska and i laughed and they looked at me like i was crazy. i assumed it was an island like Hawaii because it's not part of the 48 contiguous states.

Spring has arrived. My favorite time of the year. A gentle warm breeze is blowing, the sun is shining, and the snow is melting like a river off of the roofs and tree branches and onto the thawing ground.

The same thing is happening here.

Except a terrorizing warm sun is beating down relentlessly on anyone who dares to step outside.

That sounds wonderful to me! I haven't felt a warm sunny day in months and months!

I woke up this morning to what souded like rain or heavy snow hitting my window. It was actually the snow melting and dripping off the roof. YES. FINALLY.

Anyone seen irishname?

Used to. They made up their own language but there are still some Icelandic words spoken in the music? I dunno. They are kinda a novelty band to me.
