Considering that you are 20 years old and temporarily laid off, that's is very, very wise! Some people just have to learn from their own mistakes, and I'm one of those people. I still have a couple of credit cards that I use on occasion, but I don't go crazy with them. Now I mostly just use my debit card so whatever I'm buying is immediately paid for. I basically had to change my entire way of thinking when it came to shopping and paying bills, but now I'm on the right track. Now to win the lottery so I can just pay these stupid bills off...

Since April 15 (tax day) is on a Sunday, we have until April 16 to file income taxes. Ugh! It's not difficult or anything, I just don't want to do it. So I'm procrastinating. I need the money though! Get your non-accredited advice right here! In all seriousness, your tax form looks crazy as hell. I'll stick to pretending to know what I'm doing with the ones over here

| I have no credit card, but I really should get one so I can start to build up credit. I may be in my overdraft at the moment but that's only because I'm still getting out of that from being a student, and it's interest free so I don't care how long I take. | |

| Hey Mike! Yes, American taxes can be absolutely insane (the ones for my dad's business are!), but if you don't have dependents or any assets to speak of and are just filing standard federal and state income tax forms, it isn't too bad. I can't imagine dealing with taxes every day as part of my job though! I would go crazy! How are you today? You move into your own place this coming weekend, right? | |

| Thankfully I'm not filing tax returns every day. It's mostly preparing company accounts and all the admin linked with that (and then the company tax returns to go with that. Bleugh.) I think I would probably go crazy with your job - kids are great but I can only handle them in small doses I'm really good thank you. Everyone at work went out for lunch (paid for by work) so got to enjoy a massive juicy steak for free I got a couple more books I ordered today too. I should probably stop buying, the pile of books to read is only getting bigger again. How are you? | |

I actually fell asleep at 5:30pm yesterday and woke up at 3am this morning, god damn it. Nothing too exciting! I watched Paranormal Activity 2 after I woke up, and did laundry, haha. I may take a trip to the thrift store later on, though! |

How are you? I'm doing pretty good, thanks for asking! I have spent most of the day so far working on my sister's computer. It crashed yesterday and I spent hours troubleshooting, and the only thing I could do was restore it back to factory settings. So now I'm installing/downloading software and various programs and getting things back to normal. Ugh! That's nice that your work paid for lunch for everybody. I love steak! I get to go out to dinner on Thursday, paid for by my boss, but since my work will be following me, I will be dining with a five-year-old. What books did you order?

What books did you order? Ah, that sucks for your sister. Did she lose a load of work? Haha, a similar situation to me then, only I wasn't dining with a five-year old I got Bertrand Russell - Human Knowledge and Hermann Hesse - Siddhartha (I think I mentioned this in the book corner last week, but it only came today.)

How are you today? You move into your own place this coming weekend, right? Realised I didn't answer that bit. Yes, Saturday In the process of getting everything sorted. Almost there with having enough furniture so just need to get a banker's cheque and everything will be good.
