Okay...The best day of my life has to be The day I graduated from my personal hell (AKA, highschool). A close second They did a talent day for the seniors that wanted to, and I did an acoustic instrumental of Born to run (Sax solo included) in front of the whole school (Probably 300+)...And did not miss a note.

Yea Jimmy! You came up with not one but two great day! Good for you! Graduating from high school was one of my best days too. Being paroled after a four year sentence was a terrific feeling, wasn't it? And it sounds like that talent show was a great experience. It must have felt amaizng to perform the entire song perfectly.

Is there mail/UPS delivery today? I figured there wasn't with it being Presidents' Day. Please tell me you're not just sitting around all day waiting for your guitar case to come. If you are, why not record another song while you wait?

No, I just needed a hard case. compared to the bag case I wass using before today.

Its pretty funny travelling with musical instruments, i had my effects board as hand luggage when i went to Mallorca, i had to explain what it was rather often.

I am so bummed out! Last week I ordered the Tumbling Dice/She Loves You 7" vinyl, and it came the other day. I just tried it out, and it won't play on my record player at all! I tried it out on my sister's, and it played, but sounded kind of warped. Then I realized that the record was kind of curved upward, like maybe it got too hot at some point and became misshapen. Now I have to send it back, and it was the only green copy Amazon had.

And this was probably the final straw for my record player too. It has been a little temperamental recently, but not playing at all is unacceptable! I need a new one.

isn't just the WORST when the t-shirt that comes with the cd you want to buy is ugly so you have to buy another one? yes I am aware this is a first world problem, haha.

What CD/shirt are you buying?

I definitely don't have enough money for a new record player right now, so I'm hoping I get a decent amount back on my income taxes, which I still haven't done! Why am I not independently wealthy? I would make the best rich person.

Lucky you! Do you know what kind of record player you want to get? I have no idea what I want really. Something that has the capability of transferring songs from vinyl to CD/mp3 would be great, but I don't want to spend a fortune.

Since April 15 (tax day) is on a Sunday, we have until April 16 to file income taxes. Ugh! It's not difficult or anything, I just don't want to do it. So I'm procrastinating. I need the money though!

we got one that converted songs into mp3 but it worked like crap

Why is everything so expensive? And why do I have so many bills?! Oh yeah...I got credit cards too young and was stupid with them. Silly me! A word of advice to all of you younger people out there: DON'T GO CRAZY WITH CREDIT CARDS!

ahahah definitely. My dad works in a bank so he got me one because I needed it for my travels but I asked him to connect it with his mobile phone so everytime I pay something he knows and I am less tempted to buy stuff

Well that stinks! What brand was it? I'm definitely going to read customer reviews before buying anything. I want to make sure I am getting my money's worth, because this new record player has to last me for a long, long time!
