a hoagie is just another word for a sandwich, right?
man, a sandwich sound DELICIOUS, that's one of my favorite things to eat. unfortunately, after my incident with the knife the other night, i'm kind of scared/put off by the thought of making one. poor me!

Sub and hoagie basically are the same thing. I think though one of them is suppose to describe hot and the other cold.

What do you mean? They are sandwiches. They use Italian bread/rolls if that's what you mean. Baguettes are good for smaller sandwiches, not subs.

In america they tend to be more thin and a tough crust
Sub rolls are more soft
