1. American Slang 2. '59 Sound 3. Senor and the queen 4. Elsie 5. Sink or swim lol! I will just second your Top 5. Works pretty well for me too! YES! haha Hmm but I like this challenge so here's legit... 1. American Slang 2. The Backseat 3. Behold the Hurricane 4. 59 Sound 5. 45 Honorable mentions: 1930, Boxer, Tin Pan Alley, Blood Loss. I feel like this is along the lines of "pick your favorite of your children" or something impossible like that.

The Patient Ferris Wheel Goodnight Irene 59 Sound 45 I like the acoustic version better too. Sometimes I wish they would record it...but ya can't always get whatcha want. And, now that 45 is in the mix, I'm tempted to change my top five. But, maybe I'll list it as an honorable mention. haha

| @TGAforLife: I also wish they will play 1930 acoustic version on a radio session or even record it some day...so we'd have a professional recording of that song. | |

| Today my top five are:
1. Bring It On 2. She Loves You 3. The Blues, Mary 4. The Spirit of Jazz 5. The Backseat
But like Loazis said, this could change tomorrow. Except for Bring It On. I don't know if anything will ever top that one.

Just youtubing that now, have never heard it acoustic, but it is beyond incredible! Recording it as a hidden track at the end of Handwritten would be such a wicked gift to his longtime fans! Of course it's unlikely though...

| This is tough... It changes for me ALL THE TIME once I manage to listen to them so much I kind of burn them out. However, these are the 5 (If I can keep it to that) that just keep me coming back.
1. Here's Looking At You, KId 2. Miles Davis and the Cool 3. Wherefore Art Thou, Elvis? 4. Sugar 5. She Loves You
Honorable Mention: Tin Pan Alley (it didn't make the first list because it's so... different, but it's still amazing)
Ask me again soon and it will probably be different, haha.

| 1. The Backseat - the first time I heard this song was when I realized gaslight was gonna be one of my favorite bands. 2. Here's Lookin' At You, Kid - the first song I really loved by them, lyrics are just amazingly genuine. 3. Boxer - Maybe the catchiest song Brian has ever written. 4. Black Betty & The Moon - My favorite off of Elsie. 5. The Spirit of Jazz - didn't really get into this song much until recently, don't know why. I don't know if this is the right word but it seems like he just "flows" so well in this song.
I like all of his solo acoustic stuff but I don't think it compares to the quality of anything from TGA or THC. Like everyone has said this could change tomorrow, it hurt to leave a few songs off this list.
