Maybe something like...."We rebuild things...But the memories always remain to either haunt us, comfort us, or anger us." That could mean, Buildings, lives, relationships, even friendships.

I must admit that I'm not keen on the title. Maybe if it was for a Brian Fallon acoustic album, but not for a rock album. And try saying it. 'Handwritten' sounds slooooow. Maybe it'll grow on me. But the label must have approved.

Labels do like generic titles that aren't hard to remember.

I was thinking the same thing! Doesn't sound like a title for a rock album...especially when Brian said the sounds were a little more edgy than the last two albums.

Handwritten sounds acoustic in my ears. Weird.

Well I just remember him saying that he wanted to maked a Heart of Gold sort of song and then amke it like a gaslight song, whatever that means, it may be able to lend itself to the title Handwritten.

first 4 Led Zep albums were called 1,11,111,1v they done ok, cant see what the title matters.
