The sign in the backround is pretty hilarious.

Anyone know where they are recording? Specifically, a studio? My buddy's band is recording in Nashville and I am curious if they are near each other?

No, I wouldn't think they would want that known, cause random people would try and show up.


It probly wouldn't be hard to figure out a general area, but i don't think it would be the right thing to do.

My buddy's band is fairly big (A Rocket To The Moon) I know that producers in the same city are all fairly close, so I am asking him if he or their producers heard anything that was recorded. Perfect scenario would be them recording at the same studio. He's not a big TGA fan but I am sure he would have heard.

I live in the Southern U.S., home to mosquitoes and unbearable heat and humidity. I had at least 30 mosquito bites at any given time all last summer. As far as the weather goes,100 degrees plus 90% humidity equals misery. Summer around here is like death warmed over. American Slang made the summer of 2010 so much better, so I'm hoping for the same luck this year.

I hate insects, and summer brings them all out to annoy me.

Increased insect activity aside i would really like this to come out in summer. British summers are pretty harsh, there is always a small chance a wasp could fly into the house and repeatedly fly against a window in a bid to escape, the resulting buzzing could ruin my first play through the record but i am willing to accept that risk.
