Thanks for correcting my ignorance on posting links. I'm having a bit of trouble registering but to see the church pictured on the cover art variant go to google maps and type in the following address: 1 West 96th Street New York, NY. Click on the street view and you'll see it.

That's on the cover variant which appeared online. I have no idea if it will in fact be used on anything.

I'm in love with the original sketch of the poster with the ferris wheel and dove and such. Hopefully it will get issued eventually, but very doubtful.

3 more El Jefe TGA posters are coming our way, plus a print piece.

Saw that blog and laughed. People like that will crap on anything, not worth any time thinking about it. Some like the cover, some hate it. Oh well, the music is great and buy a poster if you hate the sleeve.

And yes, there will be at least three more posters if not more by the end of the summer. The NYC one completes the Brian Fallon solo poster. Look for it soon. Also, a HUGE art print is in the works that will be an official GLA poster that is not for a show but stand alone art. I feel bad for the printer.

Interesting (to me) side note: the XX poster I just did was originally going to be a Gaslight poster but the sketch never got picked. I thought it came out well.

I don't know if they are available at the festival. The nice people at Sasquatch ask people to do posters for a gallery show featuring every act. What they do with the extras I have no clue. The band got a bunch and allowed me to sell a few so you can get one from me June 1.

If you are going to the Nyc show buy a poster early as less than 100 will be for sale (at a 1300+ place that sold out in 15 minutes). I'll have few for sale of all my posters after the shows but I encourage everyone to support the band first and foremost.

That is seriously cool! I love the fancy texture masks that were used around the photos, it really adds that "something extra". wall decals!

Looks like preorder posters are already out. So June 9 we will have a few posters for sale on our site. That includes the
variants using different ink and/or paper. June 16 we will have the NYC poster. All of these are severly limited especially variants.

For The XX fans, those will be on sale tomorrow.

hey El Jefe, great job on the pre-order poster. Any idea on the exact number of NYC posters day of show?

100 or less at the show. Seemed low but that is what they wanted.

The album cover appears in this weeks NME (12 June) under "worst sleeve of the week" (ouch). What do they know.
