Anyone where who likes them....and if you do....what's your favorite record?

yes they are amazing, as for the record part im going to go with Prison Bound, although all there records up to now have been good.

My absolute favorit is "White light white heat white trash".

yeah thats also a good record, have you heard any of Mike Ness's solo material, ive been hearing its like outlaw country or something to that sort.

I heard his solo record "Cheating at solitaire". But it's nothng special in my opinion. Don't like it that much.

ive never checked into it so i was just wondering. I wonder if they are ever gonna come out with another record, they keep saying they are going to but no results.

You're right...it's been quite a while since the last release...

in an ap magazine they had a thing about most anticipated records for 08 and social distortion had a clip in there, so hopefully something happens my fingers are crossed.

I bought that CD about a billion years ago... and I have never listened to it!

i like mommy's little monster, its a pretty good record. other than that, theyre mediocre.

Mommys Little Monster is one of there best.

henry rollins from black flag worked at the same store at the same time as ian. they were really close friends.

Excellent band...surely the most consistent of the early 80's U.S punk bands...even if they are bone idol and never release anything. They seem to get better with each release...the last two albums were outstanding...

Mike Ness's solo albums are also worth investigating especially Cheating at Solitaire
...download the title track and Dope Fiend Blues...the two classic cuts on the album

i burnt myself out on it when i was a freshman.

mommys little monster is still pretty good though.

white light or s/t are my favorites.

Another State of Mind, watch the re-release with the Mike Ness commentary, quite funny in places...and the tit in the movie who keeps dyeing his hair different colours and thinks the movie is all about him proper winds me up.

yeah awesome support in germany.will be there in munich again,mostly for gaslight again but i also really enjoy social d,too.
but i hope gaslight will play at least 40 minutes.
