US Tour - Summer 2010

I have never been to the Wiltern. I did see Brian at the troubadour when he played the solo gig. It seemed like the perfect venue at the time but since the band is picking up its popularity, we just have to get used to them playing at big venues.

Please, please swing by Dallas guys! We got shafted on the second leg of last year's tour!

Well, I just think that maybe a later full tour for this album would sell out the Wiltern, but as of now, I honestly don't think that they'll sell it out. The Wiltern is pretty large.

But what do I know? The last time I saw them was at the Knitting Factory, which isn't even OPEN anymore. I think they also played the Chain Reaction last time they were here?

yeah they did play at the chain reaction on their last US tour.
I went to the show in Filmore in SF which is a pretty nice and big venue and it was completelty sold out.
It might take a while for the Wiltern to sell out, I wouldn't be surprised if all the tickets started selling once the album comes out.

Looks like I'll be making the trek to Kansas City. Oh well, no big deal I'm doing it next weekend anyway to see NOFX and The Menzingers. Stupid drives are just part of the process now ha

Considering the number of people who got pissed when they upgraded venues in London, I think they probably decided to go with the bigger venue just in case.

I heard the direct support is supposed to be the business (Not Tim Barry [AND NOT THE BAND, THE BUSINESS!]-whoever the special guests are). I don't know who it is though, my source didn't say. Boo. Whoever's the first to find out gets...uhhh, they can do my molecular biophysics homework. What a treat!

My sister and i will def be @ the record release show and Rhode Island.
Philly is a little closer but its a thursdaay night and Penn's Landing is HUGE and chaotic and outside

Hah. My brother and I will definitely be at RI and possibly the record release show. Depends on what the rents say, friggin regents exams.

dude...im so gonna be @ the az and ca shows...hopefully they announce more ca or nm dates or other dates closer to me! also, the venue they are playing in AZ- the marquee- is bigger than either of the venues they've played on their last 2 stops thru town.

Yeah murder by death was ridiculous live when I saw them before gaslight. I was just pissed that I walked into Berbatis during Frank Turner's last song.

Does anyone else think that it might be Lucero? (Wishful thinking, maybe). But like I said, whoever gets a solid answer gets to do my biophysics homework! I'm serious about it, think of it as my treat to you. <3

i havnt listened to much of lucero. But from what i hear, they wouldnt be a bad opening act
