| So I was watching some YouTube videos from the Germany show and a few others from the European tour and realized that the songs sounded like they were being played in a different key. I grabbed the guitar to play to it and believe it's half step down. Anyone else notice this? | |

| Yes, they play in Eb standard now. It's probably easier for Brian to sing. | |

| Yeah probably. I really liked the songs in standard tuning especially the 59 sound songs. Maybe someday they will change back. | |

| They really should just go back to playing in D. It's how the vast majority of the songs were written and that's the way they should be played. It just doesn't sound the same shifted up in key. | |

| I quite enjoyed Eb. I suppose if they now have some songs in E as well as D, the logical thing to do is split the difference. | |

| Good point. They could do what green day does use one guitar for there songs in half Step and another for the standard. Gaslight could have one for d tuning for the old songs and one tuned to standard for new | |
