I get to watch this on 50 inches of plasma high definition goodness! :-) I'm going home from school next weekend. I'm really stoked. Surround sound is gonna make TGA sound amazing.

Yeah 59 Sound.....Great song but beat a dead horse! They have a ton of good songs! Play something different...show some variety!

yeah, i was a little disappointed, but i can see why they played '59 again. it's a relatively safe song to play musically and vocally, and it's their first single and one of their best songs. it's a good song to get people into the band

they were definitely alot more "comfortable" than the Conan performance. they moved around more instead of nervously standing still like Conan.
i was hoping theyd play something other than the 59 sound but it sounded really good though. it sounded "bigger" ...like arena rock. better production i guess.

I actually was kind of disappointed by the sound when I heard it last night but then after listening again now it wasn't all so bad, the sound was just a little washed out behind too much reverb in Brian's voice and the intensity of the effects being a little much. I think I may also have been a little more critical only because I was really expecting a different song.

I definitely thought the effects were a little weird. I honestly enjoyed the performance on Conan much better. This performance was still good though. I also wish they woulds done a different song.

Thanks for the link quality isnt great but nice enough. Liking Brians new guitar to makes a change to the teles he has been using since forever.

Letterman sounded like he loved it! I'm not to sure. Maybe it's the 'change'!
