Dickey Barrett, front man of the bosstones, the birthday guy - sung the back ups on patient. The "talk about it" & "fight about it" areas.

I got a ticket in the presale. Apparently this is part of a Phantom Gourmet Music Festival.

Then planning to head up to Vermont Sunday morning. Should be a great Gaslight weekend!

I can't tell if this is like, Gaslight is gonna have a full set or not?? Like on their website it is posted as though it's a headlining show but it doesn't look like it in other cases?

I am not sure either so just guessing - something like a 45 to 50-minute set, similar what they did at Boston Calling, is what I'd expect.

Last night's Charlotte show was GREAT! The guys sounded amazing, were happy and having so much fun. They (except for Alex R) hung out afterwards for at least an hour taking pictures. No new songs, but it was a perfect set list in my opinion.  I'll upload a set list when i get to my computer. Someone said they heard a song being sound checked that might be new, though. Opened with '59 Sound and closed with Backseats. Stay Lucky, Señor, and a damn good version of House of the Rising Sun. National Anthem had all of them playing rather than just Brian. They basically said they aren't allowed to say anything about the new album. No clues at all.

Weird about Alex R. I heard he was really out of it during the show as well.

I didn't really expect Alex R to come over with the other guys. I get the feeling he is quite shy. As for him during the show, I didn't get the feeling he was out of it. He sounded as good, if not better, than ever.

Alex R did come out. I talked to him and also saw him take a photo.

Don't know where you are getting the impression he was out of it on stage. Seemed fine to me!

Well I was standing right in front of Alex R the entire show. I don't know what they meant about "babysitting" him. Up to you whose opinion you want to take. But to me there was nothing off about Alex at all.

 I think it is weird that person would try to spread a rumor like that.
