I think the lighting was better than usual. Honestly the success of photos can really depend on that! I just got a new camera because the last show I shot (Revival in Brooklyn) was really frustrating because it was kinda dim.

I like the colors they used too! I also really like the effect the telephone polls give in the background for some reason. They almost look fake. They remind me of a Hitchcock film set like North By Northwest or The Birds or something.

btw: is this the official TGA-logo? On el jefes site of his work its listed as "identity" ( http://eljefedesign.com/category/work/identity/ ) but as this never showed up as a main merch-part i'm not that shure if tga even has any official logo .. geek

i think i should start going to the local shows, too. I've been at a live show in a pub in dublin which was just incredible - an intimate atmosphere you may never get at a show of the "big" bands.

Sadly there is never any good bands around here locally. A lot are "screamo" bands. Some are decent, but always in bars, And I don't drink.

The concert was good. There was an opening band, and the main band. The main band had a few covers including an Alabama song (Mountain music),a Charlie Daniels Band cover (Devil Went Down to Georgia, a few modern country songs (Ironically enough, that "Country Girl, shake it for me" song ), and a lot of original..probably about 4 hours of live music last night. I didn't get home until about 1 in the morning. There was a meet and Greet afterwards, and I got a signed poster of all 6 members of Hillbilly Way. I also got to hang out backstage during the opening act-due to the fact I am friends with one of the members son, and a friend of the member as well.

Apparently I did not get enough sleep last night because I accidentally just sent a slightly pornographic photo of someone from the Stern show to a guy friend a minute ago. I win today.
