| So the ambulance came took your pulse and packed up your things... I think the person in the song died, and Maria has come to his funeral. The high and lonesome sound I think may be a reference to the sound of boots carrying out a coffin to its grave. in my head are all these classic cars and outlaw cowboy bands... I think this might be the things that remind him of the guy that died ...although the Bruce Springsteen reference doesn't quite fit | |

| I'm still hoping my t-shirt/CD order comes in the post soon. I listened to the leak and was very impressed. Didn't catch me instantley as Sink or Swim but gosh darn its great.
