Haha Yeah, "Born to Run" actually IS about running! Believe it or not! Basically, the book (in a nutshell) is about this indigenous tribe called the Tarahumara who run barefoot and they're really amazing runners. He talks a lot about how after running shoes came out, more people seemed to get injured because of the heal-striking motion and studies how, basically, we were "born to run." So, it's sounds pretty interesting...and I've been wanting to read it for awhile.

Now, that being said, I'm not sure if it's as good as "mature, aged cheddar." But, really, how can you beat that?
