Ticketfly...playing with our emotions...jerks

You Got Lucky - fitting B Side for first single because it seems like anyone that gets tickets to their shows this summer has gotten lucky.

I mean I got a legit email confirmation from Ticketfly so if this is a scam it's a pretty good scam.

Cause I didn't find the living room gig when I searched for it on ticketfly. I assume that one is real, since people are getting order confirmation. BD and Fugazi are not though. Super sketchy. Why even have them up there?

Funny word hasn't gotten out. If I was an ass I'd buy 10 and sell them all for $100 each and make a fortune.

Maybe they can handle more traffic...I dunno. Glad i didn't pull the trigger and get em.

for what it's worth, i chose to have my tickets emailed to me and already have them from ticketfly, which leads me to believe one of two things:

a) the show is happening.
b) this is a very elaborate hoax and my phone is now infected with a virus.

Also, I don't think this is possibly a hoax but it could possibly be a mistake by ticketfly (in which case monies will be refunded).

i just bought 2 just in case but this all seems really sketchy.

I bought 2. My boyfriend bought 2. my 2 friends bought 2 well after the onsale.

this makes no sense. There is no way that they only sold 65 pairs of tickets. I think anyone could still go buy four tickets. this is the thing that bugs me.

This is a real venue. It exists. I've seen shows there. There have been big / special shows there before. The most recent was a Glen Hansard 'secret show' that Bono showed up for.

that said I think there's some kind of glitch. a local DJ just posted about it (no link though) and I just put 9 tickets into my cart.

I just spoke to someone at the Living Room who said this show is not happening there and she did not know why pollstar or ticketfly put those tickets up.

I'm on hold wih Ticketfly now and will report back what they tell me.

Ahh. This was supposed to be a demo transaction. All these orders are going to be cancelled with a full refund coming. Everyone who bought tickets will receive a cancellation email today, followed by a refund. Oh well.
