Pre-going out anxiety. There's not anything to be super nervous about really, yet there are just some times where (depending on where you're heading) it frickin' creeps up on you. Today I'm sure it's cause by the fact I'm going to a neighborhood I haven't been to in like, at least ten years, and I don't want to get lost/be late meeting my friend.

Happens to me A LOT of times, it's the worst thing.

And of course it disappears once I finally get to where I'm going! But I always get it when I'm going into Manhattan (where I'm going now) for social stuff. I've gotten really good at managing it but I'm still like "Oh. Hello. You again, you stupid thing."

every time I get a phone call from someone I have a mini panic attack while deciding whether or not I'm prepared to answer this call from this person I know very well

Once i had to fix a reservation and I had to call a theatre IN LONDON. Freaking nightmare, talking to someone on a phone USING ANOTHER LANGUAGE.

Ohhh noooo! That would be dreadful! My dentist called me this morning (I let it go to voicemail) to see if I could reschedule my appointment from next Saturday to this Saturday, and I spent, like, over ten minutes preparing to call them back, hahaha. I SURVIVED THOUGH.
