Elsie vinyl misprint

I ran a search and didn't see this discussed anywhere, but if it has been discussed, any admin please feel free to delete this whole thread.

Anyway, I put my copy of my Elsie vinyl on my record player a few minutes ago, and I was looking over the lyrics and thank you's and I noticed a typo and I'm curious if anyone else noticeed this. On my copy on the right side it says, "All songs written and performed by The Horriible Crowes." Horrible with two 'I's. Anyone else notice this? It's the same way on my copy of the CD, as well.

Hadn't noticed this before but my vinyl has that misprint too.

They all do. Also, on the back it is 'Ladykiller' and in the lyrics it is 'Lady Killer'. And the 7'' of Hurricane has 'Precussion', and the 7'' of She Loves You is missing the word 'be' in the lyrics, and American Slang has an extra space in 'Hollie Fallon', and ... now I really must get out ...

Oh, and the '59 Sound lyrics were so full of errors, they ended up having to correct them by hand.

pretty sure there were typos on the Tin Pan Alley split too. hopefully Mercury will hire a proofreader this time around...

I noticed the double "i" in Horrible as well. All of the typos drive me crazy! Like ral said, I also hope that Mercury has a good proofreader to catch these mistakes on the new album.

I don't know if it's been brought up before but in the lyrics of I Believe Jesus Brought Us Together, "Did you say your lovers were liars?" the "your" is spelled "you're" which made my inner grammar nazi cry. Honestly, I really like the typos though.

Note also that the Ladykiller 7" says that Never Tear Us Apart was recorded in the future: September 2012

Anyway, thanks to this thread I just found the booklet of the lyrics in the CD sleeve!

I assumed there wasn't one to start with as it was a side project and they were maybe trying to keep costs down?

Anyway, tell Brian I'll proofread the new stuff for free!
