I'm doing alright, thanks for asking! I think I just have a cold, but I am wiped out! I have been at work since 7:00 this morning because the little one was up coughing ALL NIGHTand she wasn't up to going to school. On Fridays I do the girls' laundry and vacuum, so after taking care of the kid, vacuuming the entire (very large) house, and doing three loads of laundry, I want to take a nap! That's how my throat was too. It's a lot better now, I'm just exhausted and achy feeling. As for the 12 hour work day, I'm used to being here and doing everything, so it's normally not a big deal at all. Today I'm struggling though. I just hope the kids behave themselves this afternoon, otherwise I will be dealing out time-outs left and right. They know better than to mess with me, but I have a feeling the older one is going to be testing me when I pick her up from school. She was in a terrible mood this morning!

you must have lots of patience, I am the worst with kids, especially kids in a bad mood or hyperactive

Kids are the only things I have patience with. Both of these kids can be (very) hyper at times, and the older one tends to be very moody. It's been a quiet day so far because it's just been me and the little one who was too tired to do much, but I'll have both kids this afternoon, so things will be crazier. I always keep them in line though, so no one gets too out of control while I'm here.

I think I might work The Promised Land into my setlist.

Hah, the prices in Hampstead itself are ridiculous. We looked just outside, and to rent it was still stupidly high. I guess that's because it's London.

I'm actually moving slightly further away from London to a place called Hemel. It'll still only take half an hour on the train to get to central London which is great. Look how nice these flats look as well! I'm so excited

Haha, aw, I love Forrest Gump! When you mentioned noisy people though, I got a mental image of Steve Carell in Anchorman. "Loud noises!"

Noise doesn't bother me at all. I tend to be really loud and my dad's side of the family is made up of the loudest people on earth, so I'm used to it.

ahahaha I don't, but my friend and my sister did so they were all like "OMG IT'S SNOWING LET'S GO TO BUCKINGHAM PALACE AND WALK IN THE SNOW" or "OMG SNOOOOW LET'S RUN UP THAT HILL!" and I was like "NO THANK YOU I WILL JUST WAIT HERE YOU KILL YOURSELVES AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE".
But it was fun walking in snowy piccadilly.

There isn't really too much to be excited about at Buckingham Palace. You can see the outside and that's it I got bored after stumbling around drunkenly the night it came down loads, and after that I was just like "MEH SNOW"

Ilaria, you're lucky you never actually fell in the snow. You were smart to stay put and not be crazy like your friend and sister! I remember falling on the ice when I was in high school. The student parking lot was a huge sheet of ice, and as soon as I got out of my car, I fell flat on my butt. Then I tried to get up and fell again. I had given my friend a ride and he was laughing so hard at me, so when he walked over to help me up, I pulled him down too. Served him right!
