It is cold here alright...got 40ish as a high. too cold for my likes. 50's-high 70's are good with me.

you knowwww, last night. Drunkness. Going home at 7am. Had to be at school at 7.30am. But it was the 100th day before the dn of the schoolyear. The last grade (me and friends) are allowed to party then !

I have been at work since 7:00 this morning because the little one was up coughing ALL NIGHTand she wasn't up to going to school. On Fridays I do the girls' laundry and vacuum, so after taking care of the kid, vacuuming the entire (very large) house, and doing three loads of laundry, I want to take a nap! But if I did that, I would never be able to sleep tonight. 12 hour work days are not fun when you're sick!

That's how my throat was too. It's a lot better now, I'm just exhausted and achy feeling. As for the 12 hour work day, I'm used to being here and doing everything, so it's normally not a big deal at all. Today I'm struggling though. I just hope the kids behave themselves this afternoon, otherwise I will be dealing out time-outs left and right. They know better than to mess with me, but I have a feeling the older one is going to be testing me when I pick her up from school. She was in a terrible mood this morning!

The snow is mostly gone now - only a little bit left in the garden.
Hampstead is such a nice area! We had a look for places to live near there but they were a little bit out of our price range. Were you just falling over lots?
