Plugga, go to the settings section on your iPad, then click on general, then keyboard. You'll see where you can turn off auto-correction. I just discovered that this morning!

How long does your paper have to be? The longest paper I had to do in college was in psychology and it was around 20 pages, I think, which wasn't too bad. But when I was in fifth grade I had to do a 50 page report on Canada! 50 freakin' pages!

Oh, Debonair, you're so young. when I was fifth grade, most schools didn't have computers in the classrooms yet and having a PC at home was still pretty new, so these were hand written pages. 50 hand written pages! I think my teacher was a sadist. We had to pick three provinces and write everything we could about them. We even had to send away for info from the tourist departments, etc. of these provinces and cite that stuff in the report. It was totally insane. And this was before the Internet, so research was out of encyclopedias, atlases, etc. The school I went to was actually fantastic, a really progressive public school in Santa Cruz, CA, but this teacher was a weirdo. I have nothing against Canada, it's a beautiful country, but it was torture trying to find that much info as a 9-10 year old!

Nope. I have never been out of America! Some day I hope I get the opportunity to go to Europe though. There is so much I want to see!

Are you a procrastinator like me? I used to wait until the last minute and then scramble to get my project completed or my paper written. It worked for me, I always got good grades, but it was also really nerve-wracking!
