Minus the Physical Wounds..I fit that verse perfectly...Although substitute physical for emotional wounds and we might have a winner here.

I don't know for sure, but I like to think that emotional wounds are what Brian had in mind when writing that part of Here's Looking at You Kid. Emotional pain is so much worse than physical pain.
