| I have seen Amityville Horror! It freaked me out, too! Have you ever heard of Ed Gein? He's the guy that Leatherface from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre was based on. He lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I've been to his neighborhood several times. He was a true creep. |

I always tended to get scared by things that were real (or could possibly be real) when I was younger. I was terrified of kidnappers, murderers, house fires, burglars, stuff like that more than mosters and zombies. I was well aware of the dangers in the world and I spent a lot of time worrying about them. Americas Most Wanted, Rescue 911, and Cops were off limits in my house, haha. My insomnia got much worse after I watched one if those shows at my cousin's house. I was seven. Haha, I misread this and though it said you were afraid of Americans. I'm getting tired.

Yes, I have heard if Ed Gein, but I had forgotten that Leatherface was based on him. That is so terrifying! Monsters like that, the real ones, they are what really scared me. I think my favorite scary movie is the original Halloween. I watch it every year!

I'm getting tired. Haha, that's funny! No, I wasn't afraid of all Americans, just the ones I thought would kidnap my sister, kill my family, or set my house on fire. I was an extremely emotional and sensitive child! My poor mom had to put up with a lot.

YES! That music coupled with the way Michael Myers would just walk behind his victims calmly instead of chasing them is fantastic. Totally different from other horror movies.

| I didn't see it until I was a teenager. I was so neurotic as a kid that my mom wouldn't let me watch scary movies. I loved them as soon as I did see them though. Except Child's Play. I never got into the killer Chucky doll. That was just creepy. | |

No matter how far you run, he'll just keep on walking. And he will catch up, and he will kill you. Awesome.

Yeah, Chucky's lame. Yes, thank you, I watched this with my roommates because they were all "This movie is so amazing and scary oh my god we gotta watch it!", but I just kept thinking "This movie is dumb".

Yeah, Chucky's lame. I always thought he looked like a demonic Cabbage Patch Kid, and I collected those dolls, so I really didn't like Chucky, haha.

| Yeah, my guess is Monday. No one wants to do any work at the beginning of the week. It's more fun to chat in the Spam thread! My iPad is dying so I guess that's my cue to say goodbye. I hope you guys have a great night! Er, I guess that would be morning for you, John. | |

| a cat fucked up my hand today at work. totally opened up a can of whoop ass on my hand...ha.
^ i love "halloween". i love watching scary movies and reading scary books even though im so fucking paranoid. although, i have to say, i always clarify that i love the older 70s horror flicks which were more about suspense, the new ones are just gory and nasty. proud to say i've never seen any of the "saw" movies.

| Haha i can see what you mean. But considering, If i had to guess, Brian is around 5.10" which means your around 5.7" or 5.8" Average height for women I believe is 5.4" so its a difference. When i took a photo with Benny, and Benny is pretty tall, I looked so short, I'm around 5.9" though | |
