Have any of you seen Gone With the Wind? I don't know why I haven't seen it since it's such a classic, but I haven't. Is it good enough to sit and watch for 4 hours? That's a long movie... I love history and movies from the 1930s/40s, so I am thinking about watching it this weekend.

It is a sappy love story that takes place in the Civil war. I saw it, wish I never did...waste of 4 hours for me.

It´s watchable, a bit to long for it´s own good but it´s not that bad.

Thanks for the input, guys. I think I'll give it a chance, but I was kind of thinking it would be how Eremitapa said, a little too long but okay. Some people just love it so much, I'm afraid it won't live up to the hype.

The Sting was a good old movie. Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, True Grit (Original), and any Clint Eastwood movies are among the best of the Cowboy stuff.

Yeah, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid is fantastic! I haven't seen The Sting yet, but I have the DVD and I'll watch it soon. I know that one will be great.
